HME Territory Account Lead Overview

\

We are looking for an experienced HME Territory Account Lead to join our team in the West/Rockies territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and service goals for corporate accounts in the region.

\

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and service goals for corporate accounts in the West/Rockies territory.\
  • Work closely with Post Acute VPs, Field Sales Team, and Post Acute reps to target corporate deals and develop strategic sales plans.\
  • Presentation and face-to-face customer meetings to showcase our HME capabilities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.\
  • Owning process for non-formal RFPs and helping manage retention of existing deals as they come up for expiration.

Requirements

\
  • Bachelor's degree required.\
  • At least 5 years of business-to-business healthcare sales experience.\
  • Experience preparing business plans to align/support selling strategies.\
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a detail-focused, results-oriented environment.\
  • Proven presentation skills working with high-level executives within customer accounts.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc.
