We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Account Executive to join our team at Tarsus Pharmaceuticals. As an Eye Care Territory Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high standards for the ongoing launch and beyond, championing a culture of outstanding performance, compliance, and full ownership of all activity and results. Your responsibilities will include building and fostering relationships with key eye care customers, maximizing managed care opportunities within the territory, driving top-tier execution by exceeding sales performance goals and key productivity metrics across the territory, and sharing important feedback.

To succeed in this role, you must have ~2+ years pharmaceutical sales / relevant healthcare sales experience or a proven track record of business-to-business sales. You should also have a Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field. Additionally, you should be able to adapt to a complex selling environment, partnering with many stakeholders, including district leaders, marketing, market access, medical affairs, sales ops, inside sales, training, and other important stakeholders.

This is a field-based position reporting to the District Sales Leader, with ~40% - 50% travel required in some larger geographies.
