Job Overview

Circle Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals to customers, highlighting the value of Circle Logistics' services
  • Manage the sales funnel, tracking leads and opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and conversion
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in freight brokerage or a related field
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in Google Drive and Excel
