About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving product sellout within an assigned territory of 50+ carrier and retail stores in a dedicated geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive product sellout and increase market share
  • Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners and field leadership to collaborate on strategic initiatives
  • Train and influence retail sales associates to build brand advocacy and drive sales
  • Collect and report data on competitive product and service offerings to management
  • Provide market-level reporting, including market intelligence, competitive activity, and feedback on current retail market conditions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-8+ years combined sales and/or retail sales experience, with strong relative experience in retail business and/or wireless
  • 3+ years' supervisor/management experience managing direct reports in a retail and/or retail sales field
  • Ability to schedule/lead/record virtual training and virtual events with minimal support
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity
