Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Altek. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building with existing clients and prospects.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and effective communication with customers.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales performance, manage leads, and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales or business development role.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
