Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives and project managers
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets
  • Assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 3 years of experience in administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
