Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to customers and visitors
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Process transactions and reconcile cash on demand
  • Code invoices and compare received inventory to invoices
  • Detect and resolve problems with incorrect orders, invoices, and shipments
  • Maintain delivery, shipping, and returned parts records
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of experience in a clerical or administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Proficient with computer programs, including MS Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and display flexibility in a fast-paced work environment
