We are seeking an AP Clerk to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our team
  • Fielding telephone calls, receiving visitors, and supporting office operations
  • Updating and maintaining company contacts, forms, and communications
  • Drafting letters, merging documents, filing, data entry, and faxing
  • Running errands, organizing meetings and events
  • Maintaining supplies inventory
  • Creating marketing materials, including flyers and e-flyers, to promote available spaces and buildings for lease

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an AP Clerk supporting multiple executives
  • Real estate and/or property management experience is a plus
  • Exceptional skills, including excellent writing and listening skills, and initiative
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe
