Position: Airport Lounge General Manager
The General Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive operations of a premium shared-use lounge managed by Airport Dimensions. This lounge is designed to provide guests with a serene environment to unwind, refresh, and savor an exceptional culinary experience along with outstanding customer service before their flights.
The selected individual will be instrumental in nurturing emerging leaders within the team, ensuring sustainable growth and efficient daily operations while promoting career advancement and embracing workplace diversity initiatives. The General Manager will oversee essential lounge services, including Guest Check-In, Appearance Care, Concierge Services, Guest Service, and Food Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily leadership and long-term strategic direction to enhance product quality and overall service, leading to an improved guest experience and profitability.
- Establish and maintain collaborative team leadership, acting as a key liaison with Airport Dimensions and all partner relationships.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan that fosters rapport, encourages partnerships, and meets the overall needs and expectations of the company.
- Uphold company mission and values while ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety measures, creating a secure environment for both employees and guests.
- Maintain sanitary and food safety standards, providing training to adhere to auditing procedures and statutory regulations.
- Foster detailed communication and mentorship to all lounge team members, clients, and partners.
This role requires a dynamic and proactive individual dedicated to enhancing the guest experience through active participation in daily operations. Candidates must be prepared to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually.
