Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated sales professional to join our team at Phorest, a leader in salon management software.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our influence in the North American market. Your mission will be to engage with premium salons and demonstrate how our innovative solutions can drive their growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Marketing NA to achieve sales targets.
  • Focus on opportunities generated by the outbound sales development representatives.
  • Consistently surpass outbound annual recurring revenue (ARR) goals.
  • Contribute to our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy through thoughtful gifting and event planning.
  • Enhance the Phorest demo experience by customizing presentations to meet client needs.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages achievement and collaboration.
  • Develop customer engagement skills, including negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, collaborating closely with the sales team.
  • Provide valuable market insights to the marketing team to optimize campaigns.
  • Share best practices and learnings with other regions to enhance overall performance.
  • Advocate for the adoption of internal tools like Salesforce to improve team efficiency.
Candidate Profile
  • A results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SaaS sales environment.
  • Experience in the hair and beauty sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others.
  • Proactive in learning about the salon industry to provide valuable insights.
  • Possesses a growth mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about the salon industry and committed to driving success.
