Job Summary:

Halvik is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our growth within the DOT/FAA account. As an Executive Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the account strategy, cultivating customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Account Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive account strategy to drive business growth and expand our footprint at the FAA.
  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop further growth.
  • Lead Business Development: Develop and execute business development plans to identify and pursue new opportunities, and drive the capture and proposal process.
  • Manage Opportunity Pipeline: Oversee the opportunity pipeline and ensure that we are set up for continued growth and success.
  • Measure and Report Performance: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, capability growth, and talent development.
  • Deliver Presentations: Develop and deliver presentations to customers, executive management, and other stakeholders to increase awareness of Halvik's capabilities.
  • Ensure Successful Delivery: Work with delivery managers to ensure successful delivery of work within the account.
  • Adhere to Internal Processes: Ensure adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards across the account.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years' experience supporting government contracts and customers, or Master's degree with 10+ years' experience.
  • FAA Knowledge: Intimate knowledge of the FAA enterprise gained through direct experience supporting the FAA as an employee, contractor, or both.
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience leading high-performance federal services contracting teams or as a federal employee.
  • Account Strategy Development: Demonstrated success developing and executing account strategies and tactics to grow an account.
  • Delivery Experience: Direct delivery experience, leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all program requirements.
  • Recruitment Experience: Experience recruiting and hiring technology and management professionals with diverse qualifications.
  • Clearance: US Citizen or Permanent Residency required for Public Trust Clearance.
