Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Federal Senior Account Executive to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our relationships with our largest existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in key markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and stakeholders
  • Lead virtual teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients
  • Manage and execute sales strategies to achieve financial targets and exceed customer expectations
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in client management and account strategy development
  • 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, and IT Operations Management
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs
