Job Description

Halvik is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to drive growth and expansion of our DOT/FAA account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government contracting and a proven track record of developing and executing account strategies to achieve significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at DOT and FAA to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Develop Account Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth, expand our footprint at FAA, and leverage our recent award as one of 14 primes on the $2.4B ITIPSS IDIQ.
  • Manage Opportunity Pipeline: Oversee the DOT/FAA opportunity pipeline, ensuring timely and effective management of key health metrics to drive continued growth.
  • Measure and Report Performance: Track and report account performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, capability growth, and talent development.
  • Deliver Presentations: Develop and deliver presentations to customers, executive management, and other stakeholders to increase awareness of Halvik's capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers: Work closely with Delivery Managers to ensure successful delivery of work within the account, meeting all program requirements and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ensure Adherence to Processes: Ensure adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards across the account.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years' experience supporting government contracts and customers, or Master's Degree with 10+ years' experience.
  • FAA Enterprise Knowledge: Intimate knowledge of the FAA enterprise gained through direct experience supporting the FAA as an employee, contractor, or both.
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience leading high-performance federal services contracting teams or as a federal employee.
  • Capture Planning and Execution: 5+ years of experience supporting the full life cycle of opportunities from capture through final award, including capture planning and execution, proposal development, and bid negotiations.
  • Account Strategy Development: Demonstrated success developing and executing account strategies and tactics to successfully grow an account.
  • Delivery Experience: Direct delivery experience, leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all program requirements.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Experience recruiting and hiring technology and management professionals with diverse qualifications.
  • Public Trust Clearance: US Citizen or Permanent Residency required for Public Trust Clearance.
