Position: Account Manager

Overview:

As an Account Manager specializing in Commercial HVAC sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering relationships with both commercial and governmental clients. This position is ideal for a results-driven individual who excels in managing the sales process and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities through various channels, including networking and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and project teams to enhance service offerings and meet client objectives.
  • Analyze client accounts to maximize sales potential and profitability within the designated regions.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our service capabilities.
  • Draft and review comprehensive client proposals, ensuring alignment with EMCOR standards and pricing models.
  • Achieve defined sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC commercial services.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HVAC sales.
  • Technical experience in Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance is advantageous.
  • Strong presentation skills and a proven track record in sales.
  • Financial literacy and experience in budgeting and estimating.
  • Ability to develop technical and cost proposals is preferred but can be learned.
  • Must possess independent decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using Excel for data management and analysis.
