Overview:

As an Account Manager in the HVAC sector, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and fostering relationships with commercial and governmental clients. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who will oversee the sales process, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to enhance account management strategies.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and sales presentations to clients.
  • Monitor client accounts, ensuring timely payments and managing Accounts Receivable.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote services and expand network.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC commercial services.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HVAC sales.
  • Technical experience in Facilities Management is advantageous.
  • Strong presentation skills and a proven sales track record.
  • Financial literacy and experience with budgeting.
  • Ability to develop technical and cost proposals.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets for analysis and reporting.
