Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of culinary staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of local and seasonal ingredients.
  • Collaborate with our restaurant team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our culinary offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or resort setting.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong knowledge of local and seasonal ingredients, as well as menu planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
