Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Anticipate ingredient needs and ensure timely restocking to maintain a smooth kitchen operation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the efficient flow of our kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Reliability: Possess reliable transportation to ensure timely attendance and flexibility in scheduling.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: Proven experience working as a sous chef or chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Culinary Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines, including knife skills and cleaning procedures.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to delegate tasks effectively and provide support when needed to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to high-volume kitchen environments and maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
