- Staff Development: The Sous Chef will work with the Executive Chef to develop and implement staff training programs, ensuring that all team members have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional service.
- Menu Development: The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in developing and implementing new menu items, ensuring that they are creative, delicious, and meet the needs of our members and guests.
- Service Standards: The Sous Chef will be responsible for ensuring that all service standards are met, including prompt and courteous service, high-quality food, and a clean and welcoming dining environment.
- Inventory Management: The Sous Chef will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet the demands of our operation.
- Team Management: The Sous Chef will be responsible for managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our operation.
- Experience: A minimum of two years' experience as a Sous Chef or four years' experience in culinary roles.
