Responsibilities:1. Product Department Growth and Leadership

Lead and mentor the product management, product design, user research, market research, and creative teams at Livesuper, driving innovation and excellence across the board.

Uplevel, mentor, and position the product teammates to be a high-performing, championship team that delivers exceptional results.

2. Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate and communicate with top-level leadership and cross-functional partners across the organization to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.

3. Strategic Leadership

Collaborate with the CEO and GMs to drive top-level product vision and strategy that aligns with Livesuper's goals and objectives.

Own and improve the outcomes for the whole product experience and product team, identifying and executing on high-impact opportunities that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Balance revenue and growth goals with customer needs, creating high-quality, magical experiences that exceed expectations.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.

4. Execution, Analysis, and Operations

Dig deep into product details, collaborate with the team to draw data-driven insights, and work with teammates to drive these insights into shipped solutions.

Balance depth in execution with a holistic understanding of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch to maintenance and eventual retirement.

Maintain a balance of shipping at high velocity and high quality, advocating for both speed of learning and customer experience.

5. Market and Research

Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors through direct customer interaction and market research.

Discover and drive key generative research projects that identify new opportunities for the product and business.

Stay informed about technological advancements relevant to the product domain and leverage them effectively.

Requirements:
  • 12+ years in product management
  • 8+ years in people management, with experience leading teams of 20+
  • 3+ years managing or leading design & research teams
  • Proven track record of high-performing teams, product success in the market, and business success
  • Experience leading consumer products from zero to one and growth stage
  • Strong operating range (can be strategic as well as tactical when needed)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in travel, fintech, or adtech & earnings
  • Experience leading UXR and research teams directly
  • Mostly B2C experience
  • Membership management experience
  • Mastery of Reforge principles
  • Experience leading remote teams across multiple disciplines
  • Experience collaborating with GMs to create a collective product strategy
  • Led in Series C+ companies

Compensation: $235,000 - $345,000 a year
