Head of Brand Strategy – Adamax Inc.

We are looking for a seasoned and innovative Head of Brand Strategy to spearhead our branding initiatives and product marketing endeavors. In this prominent position, you will be accountable for elevating and overseeing our current brand's reputation and assets across various platforms, as well as guiding the development of new brands. Collaborating closely with our brand managers, you will design impactful marketing campaigns that facilitate successful product introductions.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Oversight

Formulate and execute brand positioning strategies to enhance brand equity and distinctiveness.

Supervise the development of brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity across all consumer interactions.

Manage the brand asset repository and ensure uniform application of brand components.

Conduct brand evaluations and pinpoint opportunities to bolster brand perception.

Product Promotion

Partner with cross-functional teams to devise go-to-market strategies for new product rollouts.

Oversee the production of product marketing collateral, including packaging, sell sheets, videos, website content, and point of sale materials.

Craft marketing campaigns that foster awareness and encourage product trial and adoption.

Examine market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to refine marketing strategies.

Marketing Communications

Manage marketing communications across all channels, including digital, social media, public relations, and events.

Develop a cohesive marketing communications strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Assess the effectiveness of campaigns through analytics and refine approaches based on insights.

Team Development

Lead and mentor team members, including Brand Managers and Associates.

Establish processes, best practices, and performance indicators to promote brand and marketing excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related discipline.

8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on brand management for consumer products.

Strong creative acumen with attention to design and detail.

Extensive experience in leading teams utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective brand and marketing strategies.

Exceptional project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

A genuine desire to mentor and develop others.

This role is pivotal in shaping the brand and go-to-market strategy for our portfolio of consumer brands and products.
