Key Responsibilities:

Brand Oversight

Formulate and execute brand positioning strategies to cultivate brand equity and uniqueness.

Supervise the establishment of brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity across all consumer interactions.

Manage the brand asset repository and ensure uniform application of brand components.

Conduct brand evaluations and pinpoint opportunities to enhance brand perception.

Product Promotion

Partner with cross-functional teams to devise go-to-market strategies for new product introductions.

Oversee the development of product marketing collateral, including packaging, sales sheets, videos, website content, and point-of-sale materials.

Create marketing campaigns that generate visibility and encourage product trial and adoption.

Examine market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to refine marketing strategies.

Marketing Communications

Direct marketing communications across all channels, including digital, social media, public relations, and events.

Develop a cohesive marketing communications strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Leadership and Development

Guide and mentor team members, including Brand Managers and Associates.

Establish processes, best practices, and key performance indicators to promote brand and marketing excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related discipline.

8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, particularly in brand management for consumer products.

Strong creative aptitude with attention to design and detail.

Extensive experience in leading teams utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective brand and marketing strategies.

Exceptional project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

Aptitude and enthusiasm for mentoring others.

Preparedness to present a portfolio and/or examples of brand development and market strategies you have led.
