Essential Functions:
In the absence of the Hospital President, this role will:
  • Represent the Hospital President in coordinating various aspects of hospital operations.
  • Communicate a unified vision to all stakeholders within the facility and the broader community.
  • Implement business strategies for programs and services while promoting a culture of trust, safety, and quality.

Innovation and Improvement:
The Executive Vice President will actively:
  • Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational results and engage patients, employees, and the community.
  • Manage efforts to maximize third-party reimbursements through continuous quality improvements.

Compliance and Standards:
This position requires adherence to ethical guidelines and regulations, ensuring:
  • Compliance with all healthcare delivery regulations and accrediting body standards.
  • Achievement of revenue goals, cost objectives, and market share targets.

Resource Management:
The role involves optimizing the use of resources, including:
  • People, capital, and knowledge to meet organizational objectives.
  • Providing input for staffing and resource planning across departments.

Collaboration:
Engagement with medical staff will be essential to:
  • Ensure mutual understanding of quality assurance and utilization expectations.
  • Develop plans that enhance the experience of all service users, including patients and families.

Talent Development:
The Executive Vice President will focus on:

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree.
  • A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare settings.
