About the Role

The University Relations Manager is a key position responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and mission-aligned organizations. This role involves representing SIT programs to faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders through various engagement strategies.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain effective relationships with key institutions, design and execute outreach plans, and implement recruitment strategies to increase enrollment in all SIT programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven outreach and recruitment plans to generate leads and meet enrollment targets.
  • Maintain existing relationships and cultivate new ones with staff, faculty, and stakeholders at colleges, universities, and mission-aligned groups.
  • Promote SIT programs by participating in study abroad and graduate school fairs, meeting with stakeholders, and conducting outreach activities.
  • Prioritize accessibility for underrepresented student populations in outreach planning.
  • Serve as primary liaison to assigned institutions, ensuring high-quality communications and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and track outcomes.

Salary Range: $58,500 - $62,500 (location-based pay differential may apply)
