About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Partnerships Development Manager, Business Growth to join our External Affairs team. This critical role will focus on cultivating new business partnerships and managing existing relationships within the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate new partnerships with leading businesses in the finance sector, leveraging strong communication and relationship-building skills to secure strategic agreements.
  • Develop and execute tailored cultivation plans to build meaningful connections with potential partners.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-stakes relationships with existing national business partners, driving meaningful outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Recruit volunteer mentors and coaches from the finance sector, mobilizing a network of leaders committed to expanding Fellows' social capital.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align on a coordinated approach to shared-value relationships with partners.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience managing partnerships with a track record of achieving ambitious outcomes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and negotiate strategic agreements.
  • A systems thinker at heart, with intuition about how to involve key stakeholders in opportunities and decisions.
  • Ability to work in-person in Atlanta (GA), Chicago (IL), Newark (NJ), or New York City (NYC), with travel required for team retreats, events, and meetings.
