About the Role

The Business Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic initiatives of Fabricut, a leading provider of high-quality textiles and home furnishings. This position will collaborate closely with the Brand Creative Director to cultivate innovative ideas and address customer pain points.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development
  • Develop collection ideas based on market trends and analysis.
  • Create comprehensive PDFs for each season's patterns, including pattern names, color names, and product categories.
  • Collect and organize all assets for collections and content.
  • Conduct monthly content meetings with the S.Harris team to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Coordinate with showhouses and designers to integrate and promote collections effectively.
Marketing
  • Maintain and update the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of all marketing activities.
  • Manage the distribution of images and orders for all new collections.
  • Coordinate photoshoots, including ordering products, managing budgets, handling contract management, and coordinating with outside vendors.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create marketing materials, including Stories of the Line and Swag graphics.
  • Collect and analyze HubSpot reports for blog and email performance.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure all website landing pages are uploaded accurately and on time.
Sales
  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of all marketing materials needed for sales meetings, sales representatives, showrooms, and other sales-related needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand coordination, product development, or marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
