A Typical Day Includes:

  • Leading the team to deliver exceptional service while creating a fun and memorable atmosphere that reflects the brand and encourages customer loyalty.
  • Handling responsibilities related to store opening and closing.
  • Guiding customers through the sales process, culminating in the effective use of our POS system.
  • Engaging in general store operations while staying current with brand trends and merchandising.
  • Developing and implementing action plans to enhance sales, client engagement, employee engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
  • Maintaining an active presence on the sales floor, which includes standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Participating in sales initiatives and supporting other brands within the Leap network.
  • Maintaining a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortably using a ladder and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Success Metrics:

  • Maximizing business opportunities through outstanding service.
  • Acting as a champion for the category by sharing insights on product knowledge, competitors, and market trends.
  • Driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Contributing to key performance indicators based on Average Order Value and Units Per Transaction.
  • Engaging in client outreach and supporting brand activations.
  • Completing tasks efficiently and on time.
