Community Support Specialist

Adecco Medical is seeking a Community Support Specialist to join our team in a dynamic organization that provides innovative services to individuals leaving prison. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the community by providing support and resources to those in need.
Key Responsibilities- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with participants, fostering a sense of trust and rapport.
- Transportation Coordination: Review daily schedules to coordinate participant transportation needs within the community, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
- Documentation: Accurately document all transports within our electronic record system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the good working condition of company vehicles, adhering to safety and maintenance standards.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid Class E driver's license, with comfort transporting groups in a vehicle provided by the company.
- Education: Hold a high school degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Possess 2+ years of experience in social services or transportation.
- Certifications: Hold CPR/Adult First Aid certification, preferred.
- Competitive Salary: Earn a salary of $45,000 to $55,000 per year.
