Job Overview

Adecco Medical is seeking a Community Support Specialist to join our team in a dynamic organization dedicated to providing opportunities for individuals leaving prison to heal, learn, and grow. Key Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships: Establish rapport with participants and foster a supportive environment.
  • Transportation Coordination: Review daily schedules to coordinate participant transportation needs within the community.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all transports within our electronic record system.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the good working condition of company vehicles.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid Class E driver's license and be comfortable transporting groups in a company-provided vehicle.
  • Education: Hold a high school degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Possess 2+ years of experience in social services or transportation.
  • Certifications: Hold CPR and Adult First Aid certifications (preferred).
