Community Support Specialist

Role of the Community Support Specialist:
As a Community Support Specialist, you will work in various community settings, collaborating closely with our clinical team to implement therapeutic and behavioral strategies. Your role will involve:
- Providing transportation and support for community outings, medical appointments, and shopping trips.
- Assisting individuals with daily living skills, including meal preparation and medication management.
- Guiding clients in achieving developmental goals related to community engagement, budgeting, nutrition, and vocational responsibilities.
- Supporting personal care tasks such as hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Preferred experience of six months in human services.
- A valid driver's license in good standing.
- A reliable and responsible attitude.
- A compassionate approach and a commitment to delivering quality care.
