Join Our Team as a Subscriber Success Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Subscriber Success Specialist to enhance our team at Biller Genie.

In this role, you will be pivotal in fostering relationships with our subscriber accounts through various communication channels including cases, emails, chats, and phone interactions. Your primary focus will be on engagement, where you will provide training, support, promote product utilization, and identify opportunities for subscription upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist, train, and support subscriber accounts through multiple communication platforms.
  • Encourage the use of our features to minimize account turnover.
  • Deliver courteous, professional, and effective customer support.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues in collaboration with our support and development teams.
  • Engage with subscribers during training sessions to address reported challenges.
  • Document support cases detailing interactions, issues, and solutions while adhering to internal protocols.
  • Create and update help center articles to enhance our online knowledge repository.
  • Work diligently to resolve subscriber issues with passion and commitment.
  • Assist internal teams with customer inquiries and software-related questions.
  • Stay informed about new features introduced in our software.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside a dedicated team that shares the Biller Genie vision.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical customer success or support, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or startup environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with composure.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to perform in a high-energy setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Salesforce, or payment processing is advantageous but not mandatory.
