Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new subscribers to assist them in setting up their accounts. This role involves no cold calling; all interactions are with qualified referrals from our partner network.
  • Serve as the professional first point of contact, laying the groundwork for enduring customer relationships with Biller Genie.
  • Support customers via email, phone, screen-sharing (Zoom), and chat to resolve general software inquiries and facilitate account setup.
  • Propel our subscription business growth by conducting meetings, tailoring Biller Genie to meet prospective clients' needs, and ensuring alignment with our platform.
  • Assess and consult with clients based on their specific requirements.
  • Schedule follow-up training sessions with qualified accounts to ensure client success.
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve optimal quality and productivity levels.
  • Exhibit adaptability while maintaining a balance between speed and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales or customer service is necessary, though one year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • A strong passion for sales and customer service.
  • A driven, coachable, and competitive individual, demonstrating resilience and a desire to succeed.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in the Tech/SaaS/Fintech sectors.
  • Experience or a strong desire to work in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM applications (Salesforce) is preferred for effective lead, opportunity, and account management.
