Full-Time Customer Engagement Specialist
T-Mobile Premium Retailer - TCC Wireless
Compensation up to $20+/hour
Base salary plus commission
The Customer Engagement Specialist is essential in linking customers with the T-Mobile brand. As a member of the TCC Wireless team, you will be tasked with providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and fostering relationships with both clients and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and via phone
- Boost sales by attracting new clients and enhancing existing accounts
- Establish strong connections with customers and team members
- Support store operations and ensure adherence to company policies
- Assist customers with service activations, bill payments, and device upgrades
- Meet assigned performance goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of retail or sales experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
