Full-Time Customer Engagement Specialist

T-Mobile Premium Retailer - TCC Wireless

Compensation up to $20+/hour

Base salary plus commission

The Customer Engagement Specialist is essential in linking customers with the T-Mobile brand. As a member of the TCC Wireless team, you will be tasked with providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and fostering relationships with both clients and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and via phone
  • Boost sales by attracting new clients and enhancing existing accounts
  • Establish strong connections with customers and team members
  • Support store operations and ensure adherence to company policies
  • Assist customers with service activations, bill payments, and device upgrades
  • Meet assigned performance goals
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of retail or sales experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable transportation
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
