Job Title: Field Sales Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our team at OMI Industries. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing relationships and driving sales for the Ecosorb Industrial brand in the Northeast region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities in the Northeast region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on Ecosorb solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Research & Development, and Sales, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Travel up to 30-50% overnight to visit customers, trade shows, and corporate meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial or technical sales sector.
  • Proven track record of successful sales transactions and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Ecosorb solutions and services, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce CRM.
