Job Overview

As an Outbound Shipment Accuracy Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision of all outgoing shipments. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipment Verification: Ensure the accuracy of all outbound shipments, including item counts, code dates, and adherence to special instructions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential shipment cuts and communicate high-risk situations to the Leadership Team for timely approvals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Operations Team to resolve issues related to outbound shipments and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including cut sheets, and ensure all adjustments are accurately recorded.
  • Auditing: Conduct regular audits and cycle counts, reporting any discrepancies to the Operations Team.
  • Training: Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure they understand operational procedures.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in warehouse management software and basic computer applications, including spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Competencies: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
