Job Summary:

Micro Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the 18-minute Web Pick-Up process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including pick-packs, backhauls, and return-to-vendor merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, conduct cycle counts, and restock and replenish product
  • Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness and participating in physical inventory
  • Assemble floor displays and re-sets, and assist customers with carry-in/out
  • Participate in open and close procedures, and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Sincere interest in helping customers and driving world-class customer experiences
  • Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the duration of the shift, stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Shifts include hours before and after the store is open to the public, and may also include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous retail customer service or warehouse experience strongly preferred
