Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Real Estate Services to enhance our Tenant Representation division. This pivotal role is based within our dynamic team, where you will be expected to demonstrate a strong drive for success in securing new business opportunities and managing intricate discussions with property owners, executive leadership, and high-level corporate real estate decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Engage in proactive outreach through cold calling, networking, and converting leads into successful meetings and business acquisitions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and expand client relationships by attending meetings, conducting property tours, and preparing comprehensive follow-up materials such as lease comparisons and market analyses.
  • Market Research: Maintain and enhance the Brokerage Team's market research database, ensuring accurate tracking of activities and client interactions.
  • Transaction Support: Assist in the client transaction process by analyzing quantitative data, reviewing legal documents, and utilizing advanced Excel-based analytical tools for financial modeling and cash flow projections.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to market research efforts that support presentations, reports, and deliverables.
  • Research Contributions: Provide valuable insights for local market research requests, including market snapshots and quarterly overviews to support brokerage initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Possession of a State Real Estate License.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into strategic outputs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to adapting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A commitment to working within a diverse and collaborative professional setting.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field.
