Role Overview: The Senior Vice President will spearhead the formulation and implementation of energy marketing and trading strategies, with a focus on maximizing profitability and fostering growth while adeptly managing associated risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the Energy Marketing Strategy
- Oversee Trading Operations and Strategic Initiatives
- Conduct Market Analytics and Assess Market Fundamentals
- Perform Comprehensive Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Manage Risk (mid-office functions)
- Lead and Develop Team Members
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10-12 years of experience within the energy sector, showcasing a successful leadership history in energy marketing and/or trading.
- Proven ability to originate and finalize significant structured and long-term transactions.
- In-depth understanding of energy markets, including regulatory environments, market dynamics, and pricing strategies.
- Advanced expertise in risk management instruments and trading systems.

- Demonstrated leadership experience with the capacity to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for cultivating and sustaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
- Bachelor's degree required.
