The partnership with Pike Street Capital lays the groundwork for expansion into the burgeoning pump and related products market.

Since the inception of our collaboration, Pike Street Capital and Impel have successfully completed numerous acquisitions and are actively pursuing additional opportunities and strategic alliances to enhance our product offerings, service capabilities, geographic presence, and technological advancements.

Role Overview: The Vice President of Operations will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, bringing extensive experience in managing multi-site operations within the industrial sector.

This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of the organization, contributing significantly to value creation as a key member of the executive team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong emphasis on transformation and operational efficiency, with substantial exposure to industry best practices, driving excellence across a multi-location framework.

This is a hands-on position that offers the chance to establish a premier operational environment while the business experiences substantial growth through both organic development and acquisitions.

The Vice President of Operations must be prepared to take on a leadership role alongside the CEO and executive team, inspiring the workforce to achieve the organization's mission and financial objectives.

The Vice President will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be an integral part of the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CEO to define and drive the organizational vision, strategy, and recruitment efforts. Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and operational planning. Oversee operational activities and employee productivity, ensuring team members excel and organizational targets are met. In partnership with the CEO and CFO, establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business units and locations. Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiencies, optimize labor, and meet service expectations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operational teams. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Play a role in the adoption of technology and systems to enhance operational efficiency. Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with key vendors, customers, and stakeholders. Engage in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions as necessary. Lead post-acquisition integration efforts. Manage the regional profit and loss (P&L) and achieve or exceed established KPIs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles. Strong leadership capabilities, characterized by unwavering resolve and personal integrity. Proficient in data analysis and operational and sales performance metrics. Ability to quickly diagnose issues and foresee potential challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in business or a related field. Direct executive experience in Engineered Product Sales, Service, and Packaged Systems. Experience managing multiple remote locations. History of collaboration with Board of Directors.
