- Drive member engagement and participation in gym activities.
- Cultivate a welcoming environment for coworkers, members, and guests alike.
- Exhibit a friendly, energetic, and ambitious demeanor.
- Answer phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address member requests or escalate to management as necessary.
- Uphold a professional demeanor consistently.
- Adhere to all company policies and standards.
- Organize member service appointments.
- Assist in various areas such as retail and childcare as required.
- Process member payments following company protocols.
- Familiarize yourself with club facilities, services, and schedules.

Qualifications:
