Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated School Principal for our educational program. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational and clinical services to our students. The Principal will be responsible for leadership, administration, and supervision of all staff, as well as overseeing daily operations and fiscal management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of strategic plans aimed at achieving educational goals aligned with the organization's mission.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to identify community needs and refine educational programs accordingly.
- Research and implement best practices to enhance student success through innovative programming.
- Collaborate with local educational districts and agencies to provide comprehensive services to students with disabilities.
- Develop and uphold policies that reflect the agency's commitment to dignity and respect.
- Ensure that all students have access to a robust curriculum and quality educational services.
- Work with families and professionals to create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that support student development.
- Regularly review internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assess staffing requirements and recruit qualified personnel as needed.
- Provide leadership and professional development opportunities for staff, ensuring they meet certification requirements.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and funding requirements.
- Foster open communication with all stakeholders, including parents, educators, and community members.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week throughout the year, adhering to the agency's operational calendar.
