Human Resources Director

At Bronco Billy's Casino, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support our organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and direction to the HR team, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns in a fair and timely manner.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Benefits and Compensation: Design and administer comprehensive benefits and compensation programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement a performance management system that drives employee growth and development, while ensuring accountability and fairness.
- Employee Engagement: Create and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and well-being, resulting in a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a culture of integrity and transparency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a casino or gaming industry setting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop creative solutions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
