Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Consumer Credit Counseling Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and implement human resource policies and procedures.
  • Manage the employment process, including orientation and training of new staff members.
  • Collaborate with the Head of School to ensure human resource issues are implemented according to the goals and priorities of the Head of School and the Strategic Plan.
  • Evaluate organizational policy and procedures related to employee handbook, staff relations, legal and regulatory authorities, and other areas as assigned.
  • Work in collaboration with the administration to minimize liability risk.
  • Administer employee benefits and serve as the primary point of contact for our benefits partners.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in human resources or HR management, or other relevant degree.
  • Personal testimony and whole-hearted commitment to a fervent faith in Christ.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of increased leadership experience in a related role.
  • Demonstrated success in preparing, maintaining, and implementing human resources procedures, documenting human resource issues, etc.
  • Experience in managing human resource issues for non-profit organizations.
  • Supervisory experience is highly desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of ability to work collaboratively and achieve success in a team setting.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary that is commensurate with experience and negotiable depending on qualifications.
