Human Resources Manager

Contra Costa Christian Schools is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and implement human resource policies and procedures
- Manage the employment process, including orientation and training of new staff members
- Collaborate with the Head of School to ensure human resource issues are aligned with the school's goals and priorities
- Evaluate organizational policies and procedures related to employee handbook, staff relations, and legal authorities
- Administer employee benefits and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits partners
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in human resources or HR management, or other relevant degree
- Personal testimony and whole-hearted commitment to a fervent faith in Christ
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of increased leadership experience in a related role
- Demonstrated success in preparing, maintaining, and implementing human resources procedures
- Experience in managing human resource issues for non-profit organizations
- Supervisory experience is highly desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of ability to work collaboratively and achieve success in a team setting

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and negotiable depending on qualifications

- 3 weeks paid vacation, plus additional time off during school breaks as permitted
- Range of $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary
