About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Blackstone Technology Group. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing and growing our client portfolio, with a focus on large and mid-cap accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities
  • Work closely with Senior Recruiters to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet client needs and exceed sales expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of staffing sales experience
  • BA/BS from an accredited 4-year university required
  • Experience as a trusted business advisor/sales executive to strategic accounts
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
  • Strong understanding and adherence to a solid sales methodology in the IT space
  • Ability to think outside of the box and perform within a challenging business climate
