About the Role

CBIZ ARC Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex technical accounting projects, providing expert guidance to clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Accounting Expertise: Develop and implement technical accounting solutions for clients, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with high-level client personnel, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage teams of accounting professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to sell additional services to clients, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations to clients, ensuring clear and concise communication of technical accounting information.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in public accounting or consulting, with a strong background in technical accounting.
  • Certifications: US CPA certification required, with additional certifications such as CFA, CIA, CISA, or CISSP a plus.
  • Skills: Strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office products.
