The role focuses on enhancing the operational requirements and performance enhancement strategies for designated Accountable Care Networks (ACN) and substantial practice groups. This position plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing network engagement tactics that align strategic objectives with the execution and renewal of alternative payment model agreements, assessing cost and quality performance of specific healthcare providers and systems, and pinpointing areas for enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
+ Contribute to the formulation and execution of provider strategies and solutions for assigned Accountable Care Networks. Actively participate in the implementation of a strategic business framework; coordinate and oversee comprehensive activities while providing insights into developing strategies that assist providers in optimizing their performance capabilities.
+ Evaluate and track the performance of Accountable Care Networks to ensure the realization of financial and clinical objectives. Oversee projects and implement strategies relevant to intricate Accountable Care Networks.
+ Actively engage with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee successful collaboration among all stakeholders.
+ Supervise the execution of payment initiatives, aligning financial aspects with business strategies to achieve reduced per capita costs.
+ Manage and implement initiatives aimed at reducing the overall cost of care through oversight of utilization and medical expense trends.
+ Ensure contract effectiveness through detailed analysis of monthly performance reports.

Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business administration, accounting, finance, clinical, or health and human services.
+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in provider network management, healthcare insurance, or a related healthcare delivery environment.
Preferred:
+ Master's Degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
+ At least 2 years of relevant experience in direct clinical interactions.
+ Proven track record in analyzing and interpreting financial and outcome-related data.
+ Experience in delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
