Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to meet sell-in targets
  • Enter and process customer orders using our proprietary ERP system
  • Provide pre- and post-delivery customer service
  • Support sales team with online product catalogue and customer onboarding
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various issues

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with sales reports and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong computer skills in Excel and Outlook required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
