E.l.f. Beauty is a dynamic, high-growth company seeking a motivated Account Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview
The Account Specialist will assist Account Managers with bringing e.l.f. Cosmetics and Well People to life at Target, supporting all customer management functions and assisting in day-to-day customer relations, promotional planning, in-store activations, assortment planning, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • General administration support requests
  • Sample Management
  • Ensure timely customer information responses
  • Collaborate with Sales team members
  • Establish effective relationships with decision-makers
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Provide administrative, clerical, and customer support services
  • Support smooth sales operations for Account Manager(s)
  • Sales reporting analysis for assortment tracking, new items, and display performance
  • Assortment and Planogram work
  • In-Store merchandising updates
  • Item maintenance with retailers, including system updates (pricing, dimensions) and dotcom updates (product names, asset updates)
  • Monitor competitive brand launches and events

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of sales experience with Target
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, result-driven individual
  • Fast learner, quick thinker
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong computer and analytical skills (Microsoft Office Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Team-oriented, responsive, passion to succeed
  • College or Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar major
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team or independently
  • Demonstrates initiative, not afraid to troubleshoot
  • Passion for beauty

Compensation:$75,000 - $84,000 per year
