Sales Coordinator Role

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring that customer needs are met, and the production process runs smoothly.

This position provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, acting as a point of communication between customers and internal teams. Update and maintain key documents, such as sales reports, order tracking, and customer updates, on a daily/weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer communication and follow up on requests, assisting the sales team with order management and updates.
  • Assist in preparing for customer meetings by organizing relevant documents and managing calendars.
  • Pull POs, tech packs, and other necessary documents from customer systems as required.
  • Help the team track and resolve customer issues by communicating with internal teams and following up until resolution.
  • Prepare seasonal documents for each customer, providing information to the design and merchandising teams to assist with collection development.
  • Stay up to date with store visits and retail news, reporting on any significant marketplace trends.
Requirements

Previous experience in a retail or sales support role working in Apparel preferred.

Strong interest in fashion, retail, and market trends.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and Google Drive.
