Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and skilled Sales Coordinator to support the SVP, Head of Industry, Home & Design and the category sales team with special projects. The ideal candidate must be able to juggle multiple requests and operate with poise and grace under pressure. Strong project management skills are required to deliver on special projects to support the larger category sales team.
Responsibilities- Proactively manage the SVP's schedule throughout the day, ensuring they are prepared in advance for meetings;
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events; schedule reservations and assist with booking travel;
- Manage expenses; complete and submit expense reports monthly;
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality around all information and activity they are privy to, recognizing that they represent a senior leader of the Sales Department;
- Compile editorial reports and own editorial needs for the category; act as liaison to multiple editorial teams;
- Own category sales reporting (working in DOMO, sales reporting system) and bring strategic analysis to SVP and Category leads;
- Ability to effectively multi-task;
- Master of administrative skills in an extremely fast-paced environment;
- Strong time management skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- High-level energy and self-starter;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Strong calendar management and extensive travel skills required;
- Must be proactive and solution-oriented;
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat;
- Bachelor's Degree;
- 1-3 years of experience, with interest in media/advertising;
